My therapeutic approach is empathic, gentle, respectful and frank. My focus is on creating - between us – a clear and honest connection and a supportive and safe environment to best facilitate your self-discovery and growth.

While keeping an eye on your personal goals and desires for change, we delve into your current areas of struggle and recurring issues, exploring how your past experiences may be influencing these current patterns.

As we delve into and resolve your recurring issues, you learn new tools and skills for dealing with challenging times, for living your best life, and for ultimately taking the reins of your own personal growth and development.

For example, you learn how to recognize and fully let go of old suppressed feelings and ineffective ways of coping, how to make more strongly supported choices, and how to recognize more clearly and express more fully what you need and don't need.

Truly mastering our lives, I believe, comes from advancing our proficiency with these skills.

To each session I bring my undivided attention and grounded experience with helping others create and embody real and lasting change in their lives.
